Hello dear players!
i recently logged in and found that my weapon is missing and my horadric cube, is this normally or what? Blizzard can i have an answer for that ?
I feel your pain, I just slogged through Nightmare act 1 on a hardcore toon and when I came back all my progress was lost.
in my case, only progress was rolling from act 3 (killing mephisto) to act 4, and a couple of items that I put in the chest during this time disappeared, luckily I didn’t knock out anything useful)
But the situation itself is alarming, you pay almost $ 30 for the game, at the rate of my country. And you are not guaranteed that your character will not disappear or progress will not roll back 
while the gap was being solved, I seriously thought about returning the money for the game…
