Single player not working (+character gone)

Hay,

Yesterday I was playing single and my game crashed. I realize that my character is gone (78 lvl, shako, skullder ect…). What is more I can not create any single game with any character. It says “can not join the battle net”.

My multiplayer works just fine - but im more of a single player.

Is there any tech support I can contact with ?
If the issue is pernament and can happen again - refund is the only way…

точь в точь такая же проблема уже появилась мысля скачать пиратку .Сначала подумал надо поддержать производителей итд но походу это была плохая идея

Im gonna re-install d2r (download again) and will get back to You with info.

Ok no need to re-install.

The problem is - shared stash corrupted.
If you delete shared stash file from save game - all the other characters will be working (so i have my mules for runes, gems, set items….

BUT main character is still not working (even when I deleted shared stash file).
Therefore Im starting almost fresh….no main char, no shared stash.

To avoid this in the future - simply make a copy of save game every time You finish play. So if the problem will happend again - simply replace the saves.
