problem started this friday playing since launch never seen such problems until now

I haven’t played the game for quite some time and now as I came back I found the game unplayable. Stutters, lag, huge load time, launch crashes etc. I tried playing offline but the stutters and the lag are still present but not nearly as bad as online play.
I don’t know what happened to this game but it is unplayable garbage now.
Yet another sign for the decline of Blizzard. RIP
I have the same problems since yesterday and I dont know why. I didn’t change anything and it came out of nowhere.
