Hi just raising an old grumble about availability of socketed equipment. Getting EQ with the right number of sockets is a royal pain and always has been and there are two easy solutions

First allow later vendors to actually SELL socketed EQ insted of teh mothing magic stuff that noone ever uses
or
(my preffered) Cause jewels to lock out a socket for runeword purposes so you could put, for example Ith El Eth and a jewel in a 4 socket sword and still get a runeword

Just a thought for a nice QoL change that has bugged me since D2 LoD’s original release…

Also nice QoLs:

  • allow drop only perfect superior 15/15 items instead of regular items;
  • allow roll only perfect stats on rares and uniques.

Yeah what do i know, I’ve only been playing since release of D1 and have bought 4 copies of D2 and LoD over the years. So obviously it a just being new and grumbling. Thats it.
