Still not able to play, authentication failure

Hi there,

Somehow, i’m only able to play after 18.00 local time. Before that i get: Failed to authenticate, please try again. I allready tried a lot of thing, but i was wondering, could this maybe be due parental controls? Does that give this specific error message?
Diablo 3 works fine btw.

Im 35 years old, but back in 2012 i played wayyyy to much diablo 3 and Im not sure but i might have set up parental control for myself back then. I dont have my old email adress anymore which i would have used, so i cant check.
In my profile account under parental controls, if i click update, i dont see a prefilled email or something like that.
Could this be the issue? Would it give such a message?
I think its really weird that i can play only at specific times every day… (or is this just server related, does blizzard block people on certain times?)

Yesterday I was able to play online on the PC for 2 hours straight. Then I suddenly followed out of the game. When I tried to log in again, I got the error message “failed to authenticate - cannot connect to servers”. After further attempts I ended up in a queue. After I reached the end of the queue, the error message “failed to authenticate - unable to connect to servers” appeared again. I tried everything from technical support. Without success. I am also not assuming that the problem is on my end.
I would be very happy to hear back from technical support.
