When you’re in queue for 30 mins, to play for 5 minutes and crash, to sit in queue again for 45 mins… That’s not okay.
If they can’t fix the problem so a queue is non-avoidable - then atleast make so you keep your spot for X amount of time when dcd.

Ephixus is the 1 guy that never crashes and doesnt wait in queue. Good content btw.
You can defend a game when the service is OK which is not the case right now.
Servers crashing last week was OK, it happens. But a queue for a game crashing every hour is not.
Will we be able to play D2R before Monday, this is a good question. Been stuck in pos 352 for atleast 15 mins right now.

I went from 416 to 74 in 45 min on the EU server, to finally log in took 52 min (!!!). Not sure where your “everything is fine, calm down” attitude is coming from. And that was after a ctd (which occured when I tried to create an ng) - an event that shouldn’t even re-queue me in the first place, if I decide to re-log in within a say five minute time window after such event.

What I have observed is that the lower (= higher number) your position is, the less frequently your position updates. It will eventually - just might take 15 min or so for the first change to be visible on your screen. Later this becomes a bit more frequent (esp. once you reach a double digit position).
This is a despicable comment. Players are complaining about legitimate, game breaking issues - they have every right.
