Now, I think this needs to be said. Currently the meta is so so bad, and it has been for so many years. All you see is
- Hammerdins
- Light Sorcs - once you have reached a certain gear level no one plays cold sorc.
- Javazons
These 3 builds are literally the most played options for so so many years. I like the 2.4 changes. It brought some other options and they are not stupidly OP. For example, the FoHdin is really limited where it can farm.
Now, having these charms are a good addition. It actually makes other options viable. I love being a Fire Sorc and just going RATATATATA with fire ball. The gameplay, while I do find it fun and entertaining, it’s trully stale. You are a cold sorc? Farm Meph, Andi and Tunnels.
You are a Bowazon? Kek, have fun mate. Most characters are trully non playable in Hell even with top end gear. I also hate the fact that even with a top end character (unless you are a javazon/light sorc/hammerdin) good luck on actually going whereever you like with the character.
There are 7 classes, each has 3 trees. At the end of the day out of all of the build, people play 3-4 at 3-4 locations. For those who gatekeep - there is still D2. This is D2R and I like that Vicarious are actually trying to break this stigma. Terror Zones are a way to break the locations, charms are a way to break the characters.
It does make some already OP build even more OP. Nevertheless, I will actually want to play a druid cuz I won’t get rekt now! Also, I like that I can play an elemental bowa as well.
Please stop gatekeeping and just enjoy that we get more content! (so many people play other mods such as PD2 and love how the game was done there).

some people forget about the fact, that d2r is just a remastered, not a remake, which means, that the game remains basicly the same besides better graphics and some minor upgrades…

i would have nothing against having some realms with pure d2 experience, and some realms that receive patches and new stuff.
willing to bet my bottom dollar the latter would see more player activity, but if it would stop the complaints, it should be an easy fix
exactly. This WILL open up build diversity.
Ive had enough light sorcs, javazons and hammerdins over the years. Id loooove to finally make a firesorc and be able to farm the area i like. With a build i like.
Just as we did in LoD… there is no ticketsystem or other relevant ingame support. 
Deal with whatever u get and stop crying like a kid. this is D2, not POE… Every time when blizz tried to improve games ended up in total dogshit. best example is wow which became worse with each addon. i dont want em to screw it up and ruin d2 just because some kids want “improvements”
You can make an end of game sorc I have one that’s over 420 mf and can farm all areas for bosses/keys/essences/runes . Take a look at my YouTube posts
The game will be dominated by sorceresses 
because it will be the best character for the farm. It will get boring. Every character will be able to make ubers without any problem.
I wonder how such javazon will work with sunderen charms.

“Remaster” does not mean just slapping over a new coat of paint over a 20-year-old game, that’s just f*ink lazy.
Remasters should also address clunky mechanics, re-balancing, ease of life features etc.
So far this is what D2R is all about. For 90% of the players, if they would switch to the old graphics, they would probably not even notice the “big” changes.
My Bowazon can solo clear WK and Baal in a game with six other players with only 580 life.

I’m a bowazone and I’m pretty doing everything on Hell. Currently lvl 92.
I guess you just have wrong skills or abilities. I’m also full on mf charms. Doing around 8-9k dmg each shot.
people just have the wrong impression that you need to do 12k damage minimum and one shot everything in order to enjoy the content.
i did a lot of self-found bowazons on HC single player and it’s doable even without the ladder runewords.
More whining clowns. Go play d3 if you want every class to be on par with one another, and just want to melt every enemy on the screen while you get showered in loot. Casual scrubs. Lold

You sound horrible at the game, as the majority of people that use this forum are. My Garbo bowazon that I use to pk clowns like you has never had an issue with hell.
