Consider to take all the good things from PD2 and Imply it in D2R like the stackable Runes and Gems for an example or the colored names for gems and runes on the ground as they drop! And ofcourse we need endgame content like the chaos gates!
why do we farm 200 hours+ for a perfect equipped char if we dont have content to use it for?!
the new patch 2.4 is great so far but long overdue!
please give us the content we need,…for 40 Euro at least you should have done it already!

Hm… There is nothing wrong with it I guess. Of course I would either see a Diablo 3 in Diablo 2 core functions, thats why I dont like D3.
He is just talking about adding stuff players can do in D2 while not changing the core itself. One thing was the planned addon for A4 and this was from the old D2 creators. Dont be so negative about something positive if it dosnt change the core itself
Stop spamming the forum with your illegit game copy “idea”. Play there if you enjoy it. We needn’t drop perfect gems and tons of drops here like in private servers or D3 with crippled economy.
I would like to see bigger inventory, stackable gems and runes, a lobby rework and perhaps more endgame content.
But overall it’s pretty good.

Easy. They just need to impove the mobs as “missing end game content” in your field which is just a lack of balancing. x5 damage and x30 HP of monsters compared to players8 should fulfill your desires.
Call it “players 50”. Without increased drop chances ofc.
or call it Torment 16. I know what you mean.
Well anyway the inventory size is more annoying than the end game content. And I’m not as big of a fan of PoE endless endgame content either. But there’s room for a bit of improvement.
Depends on your knowledge and how you can handle the worth and chance of selling what you collect. A problem of any game. Even D3 where drops are neverending and stash/inventory is big. Even with deimplemented trading option the stash gets full.
The “shared stash” in D2R and the much bigger inventory of alt chars give a huge amount of space compared to D2LoD. More space means nothing else than just thinking later about and deciding what may be useful and what not. “The mess” will keep at any stash size. This is a problem on side of the user.
I’d go so far that it may be an idea to create a special inventory for charms in size of the actual. Ofc. any charm goes there and cannot be picked up to standard inventory. This could solve some space problem I personally solve by carrying less charms being a bit weaker.
Project Diablo 2 is huge garbage… the balance is so done for on this dumb mod.
PD2 sure is good but as far as endgame goes it’s just trying to shoehorn 2022’s ideas and standards of RPG endgame into a game that was produced in the late 90s.
I wouldn’t really call a square map pieced together from existing random assets and a placement of a grotesque amount of mobs in it acceptable endgame.
What kind of endgame would you even envision for D2? Organized group content? Not possible due to the very way of how D2 works, it would ultimately boil down to something mundane like aura/curse stacking. PD2 tried something like this with T4 maps, but it was a failure and no one played those.
