Terror zone bug

I saw a 8a non existent level0 terrorized zone.

I assume it is either Tristam or cow and since my character doesn’t have Cain’s quest, the issue happened.

Note: I’ve tried to do Cain’s quest on a private game, but it was showing that the questions couldn’t be completed in the game ( I’ve created the game), therefore I’m more confident that it is either Tristam or cow.

I am in the A1 town in nightmare and got the same error.
In chat “Corrupted tremors strike a non existant level!” and upper right “8a non-existent level0”. At the waypoint it seems that the town is terrorized.
I opened a cow level which was terrorized then. So only the error message isn’t ok.
