Terror zones and Sunders in single player/offline or no?

As title stated… Can anyone confirm if terror zones and/or Sunder charms are implemented in single player/offline mode or not?

Terror zones don’t seem to be avaiable in Single Player. Sind the option is only there, if you start an online game.

That said, I did test it, and my NM-characters don’t have terror zones in normal. (As it should be.) But you have the /P8-command in Single player, which DOES change the difficulty and raises the XP-gain significantly.

I don’t know about sunder-charmsn, though. But since they only dorp at terror-zones, I suppose the arn’t there, too.

Sure… moving up the /players increases the XP gain in single player… But I could give 2 you-know-whats about the XP gain. I am playing holy grail single player. I care about treasure class (TC87).

Now, correct me if I am wrong… But terror zones do not just increase XP, but also increase the treasure class level no? Ie… Zones that are normally NOT TC87… are now TC87 (when terrorized) correct? Or do I have that wrong?

If I am right, it basically means Expansion/online chars have more areas (albeit rotating) to farm TC87 then I do offline. Im not crying about this, just noting the difference.

Can anyone confirm this about treasure class level and Terror Zones? Does the TC level increase to 87… for a zone like say… the Blood Moor when terrorized?

Yes, terror zones are not implemented in offline mode.
Yes theres no sunder charms in offline mode due to lack of terror zones where they can drop.
Yes, terror zones bump TC if you’re high enouch lvl. So if you want to drop Tyrael Might from Terror Zone you should farm it when you’re at least 85 lvl.
