The development team for Diablo II: Resurrected is a joke

You have a blueprint for greatness laid out in front of you with Project Diablo 2 — a community-driven mod that consistently improves core gameplay, balance, and replayability. Everything you need to elevate this game is right there, being done better by passionate fans. And yet, you continue to ignore it.

Instead of listening to the player base or adopting proven improvements, you stick to minimal updates and surface-level tweaks. It’s frustrating watching this game’s potential get wasted while the community shows you — in real time — exactly how to make D2R thrive. You could make this game legendary again. You just choose not to.

Wait, D2 is already legendary, it just needs a bit of updating and improvement. But otherwise, you’re right.

The game already has a solid base, it just need some balance skill wise to open up more viable end game builds (frozen orb really need some love, like 4% synergy buff instead of 2% and add an other 4% synergy to allow a focused frozen orb build), a bit of QoL like runes/gems stacking and that’s pretty much all.

Terror zone was a really great change, it bring back to life lot of zones where we never come back after beating the game.
