While I can see a lot of information here, based on this, you don’t have a dedicated graphics card. If you don’t have a dedicated graphics card, then that is the most likely cause of your crashes, as the iGPU Intel® HD Graphics 4600 is not supported. Please check if you have a dedicated GPU and be sure to use that.

Are you kidding me? I have the same GPU and it worked from launch of D2R just until the latest patch.

Although I see a lot of information here, based on this, you don’t have dedicated stable servers. If you don’t have dedicated stable servers, then this is the most likely cause of our crashes as the game is not supported without them. Please check if you have dedicated servers and be sure to use them for your players.

Unsupported doesn’t mean, that it will never work and just that if it doesn’t work, we can’t assist if it doesn’t. The integrated Graphics Chip doesn’t meet the minimum for Diablo II: Resurrected.
