stop calling this company blizzard. Blizzard would never have allowed this level of server instability. The company “blizzard” is dead, this is activision, not blizzard.
Had this been blizzard we would’ve had communication from the support team, had this been blizzard we would’ve had our items returned and the server ACTUALLY rolled back to what it was and not simply poofing our items, ruining our character progress and actual invaluable items. Given how the game functions, heavily laden with rng - there’s no way to tell if you will ever get to see that item again. This is not even close to a being a finished product and as such we should all be given the choice to refund the game regardless of ACTIVISIONS policy. This is supposed to be an RPG, yet somehow ACTIVISION is trying to tell us we should expect to randomly lose items and character progression in the ATTEMPT TO PLAY THE GODDAMN GAME. IM SORRY I PLAYED YOUR GAME ACTIVISION! DAMN! But i still want my duriels shell back.
