Twitch is good indicator how hyped or popular game is.
Atm it has 28k viewers but if we take out korean players then only 10k left. This is more popular game in korea than western. And I tell you 10k watching game on twitch is nothing.
If you still havent figured out blizzard is poor because of wow fiasko + (New World release). Servers cost money and they got your 40 bucks so they dont care if you quit. You cant refound it anymore.
There is literally close to zero games running in hc/hell. For me it has been like this for weeks… Dead and poor company is all i can say.

this is just a prank bro. nobody plays it because its still like a beta. not even ranked games. I bought preorder and later they make an option to buy it cheaper if you got classic. this is just a bait prank… and after all their servers was like dead for most of time. still so many bugs and UI like we are stil in 90s, in player list in game I cant even see the levels because text gets cut. This is just a prank bro… I will never more buy any game from blizzard.

I would rather say d2 is low even as background couse lets be honest… Watching someone grind all over 1 place endlesly is not entertaining unless streamer does a chat with ppls.
Even then it’s not intresting xD
Trying to bring that kind of game for “vievs” is self destruction. But maybe thats just mine opinion.

Not really. Majority are new players who fell for hype like pretty much in every game.
Maybe more mature in hardcore but in softcore? Yeah how about no. SC is full of kids. Also hc atm is pretty empty.

Final fantasy 14 just hit 25 million players, yet twitch it got 14k viewers, lower than Diablo 2. Are you saying FFXIV isnt popular? Or what about world of warcraft, that have around 3-4 million subscribers? they got 12k viewers right now. Minecraft have sold 140 million copies, and are sitting at 12k views as well. Ohh yes path of exile is at 9k views.

Diablo 2 was popular long before twitch existed and will be popular long after twitch closes. Many of us started playing d1 as kids and bought d2 numerous times bashing demons for more than 2 decades. Twitch, twitter, insta are for the mentally challenged
