same situation. Blizzard great support (ofc nope)
So this just happened:
I joined like 15 min ago with 416, and just made it to 308.
A friend joined a few seconds ago and was 302???
20 mins later i’m 229, maybe in 2 hours so…
i think the queue gets down when one player logs out… well since everyone online plays and no one logs off noone can join 
That is probably why they don’t work on the ctds - one way of forcing folks out of D2R and let others in?!

If you are developing game like Diablo2 it’s great. But don’t tell that you didn’t except that server can be bussy. It’s misunderstaning to wait 40min to join the server. After 30 min of game game crash.

It looks like the same situation everywhere. 17:00 MSCW time zone, EU region, 134th place in queue. It should take about 1.5-2 hours to log in. TO LOG IN TO DIABLO II! This we was dreaming about for 20 years…
if that’s the problem its bad for all of us.
U can wait in town a long time AFK without being kicked (i’ve never been log out)
