Personnaly D2 was a waiting solution between D3 and D4 … but some concurent H&S are in the place and acting as you do agains community will not lead me to continue this way

I think Dclone walks are adding a lot of stress to the servers. Perhaps changing the way he spawns will help alleviate sever load?
How come Blizzard is unable to solve a data communication capacity issue of a game where the data communication between server and clients are regarded as low?
because they’re a bunch of incompetent.

30 min in queue… enterd a baalrun game… Entered a townportal to the throne… Game crashes, back in queue… this time 1 hour… again same thing happens… this is now the 7th time today i must wait in a queue before i hopefully cvan play. And people wonder why people get upset / aggressive LOL If i knew where a blizz employee lived i would go there to give piece of my mind,. this is ridiculous!!! Especially for a 20 year old game. Can we just shoot them or sumthing lol

It’s a joke. Now there’s a queue to enter a game that crashes every single time. If this mess was the best solution they could come up with, after a week of crashes at the same time of day, then I’m not confident in the people running things.

If i understand right, they keep old base architecture. And expected that it will working fine and stable in current realities. Naive? No. Incompetence? Not only it. Totally unrespect fans of great game? Of corse. Nothing done exept picture in game and videos between acts. I, naive boy, expect fixing old bugs (open-closen doors, better ai for mercs and summoning creations, etc.) O sancta simplicitas! Very bad work (oh, we work hard…blabla…), Diablo 2 Ressurected Dev Team. About queue. Inpractical continue teese people. If you need time to repair (sorry, not repair, to do what you dont doing when “develop” game) - switch it off for a month and do your job well at last. We’ll wait - a good stable game. Always better chopping all dogs tale in one second, then cut off little pieces during month. Or we need you as beta testers?

Queues are preferable as long as they provide stability.
It’s a joke. The whole story they made up is a joke. So Blizz wasn’t able to foresee that many people are going to do a lot of pindle/baal/mephisto runs in a short time? Really? That was something new to them? Come on! It’s not like people weren’t doing exactly the same in the year 2001. This game always was about farming bosses. That’s the whole purpose of this game! But Blizz really wants us to believe they didn’t know that? It’s ridiculous.
And how comes D2 Classic Server running stable since years, although people are doing a lot of boss runs too?

Queues are a joke. Now you get to requeue after you random crash ingame every single time. Soon its not worth the time you have to invest in this game.
Remastered is a joke. Pretty graphics but everything else is bad compared to original.

Queue first. Then joining baalruns. Full. Lockout 30 sec. Joining another game. Crash. Back to login in, queue. This game is rated 3.3 at Metacritic and keep falling down. How it is possible to ruin such a perfect game as Diablo 2 is? You have to be modern Blizzard. They can ruin everything. One more week like this and Im goin back to orignal D2. Still got fully geared MF sorc, smiter and horker there. Its worth to try next PoE league as well as just 6 days left. This remaster is disgrace!!!

The queue system is awful. It is just some bean counter manager saving the profit margin, at the expense of customer experience. It is a money saving tactic and they didn’t want to pay for more servers when eventually all games take a reduction in player base. They didn’t want to be stuck paying for unused server space for x amount of years. Probably in the hope that when players naturally fall off, the current space will be able to hold the player base long term. It is penny pinching and makes a mockery of the customers who spend their money and time to enjoy this game.
I feel bad for the hard working staff who actually cared and poured their all into this game, just to watch it end up like this because of higher up management.

Queue is so 20-30 year old school. Then it was ok because server were enable to have so many players. Today this is NOT. Just spend money on better servers bliz.
This will just result in players leave ( what they want as they got the money so they don’t care )
This will also result in ppl connect and find a way to stay connected for hours just in case they want to come back later. Ya it is easy to be done and so you wont get disconnected.
Anyway this solves NOTHING.

With the new system, I can’t even play single player anymore. The game crashes due to server issues before I can get to the single player character select. FAIL!
Bliizard is just destroying their own mechanics of the game. Farming the items assumes rapid game restarts, so this is the first thing they should have handled properly. Next - it is a party game, so where’s the guarantee that I will be able to call my friends and just sit and play together now? They just ruined all the interest in playing this game. After 20 years it is still amusing, complex and fun and challenging game but not it associated with a big joke which is not funny at all.
Adding queues is not a solution, it is just filtering out big persentage of players that respect theirselves and will not sit and stare at the screen for 30+ minutes to play. The other part who is waiting eventually will give up, for now it looks like an initial server problem except with the random number on the screen giving you a frustration.
