Trang Oul Set Bonus Bug?

Hi,

so I wanted to try out a Trang Oul’s Fire Sorc, and had to realize that the 2 Set-Piece +18 Fire Ball bonus only gives +3 to my sorc when I maxed out fireball, and if I didnt skill Fire Ball at all, I received a +10 Bonus on it.

Is this a visual bug or is the bonus just bugged out?

Never used the set but the bonus seems to be correct. Just like call to arms doesn’t gives 6 to bo if you are a barb.

*Players that have the Fire Ball or Fire Wall skills (Sorceresses) have a cap of +3 on those skills rather than the full number.

I take it this isn’t getting Fixed then? I just ran into the same problem, Trying to run a tals/trang Fire/Lite trangs gave +10 to fireball as opposed to +18
