Having massive issues as well. Something that “fixed” it for me, was switching the region. It seems that all regions have issues, but not at the same time. When EU is rubberbanding like crazy, I switch to US Servers. If US Servers are lagging, I switch to EU.
Obviously that’s not a good solution, but it’s better than nothing.

COULD IT BE POSSIBLE to fix these in game lag / rollback ?? This game is unplayable since weeks (think about hardcore players…) COME ON Blizzard 25 years you made this game and you still can’t manage a server ? I don’t know ? give us TCP IP direct connexion back, we will use our private servers !
I lost my character recently because of lag spike… playing HC and now i m still experiencing crazy lags in EU right now.
