She is not dropping runes properly at all when tower is TZ, rarely 2, mostly 1, frequently 0. No bug forum so dropping this here.

Are you playing with a lot of players in the game? She has a lower chance on her special rune drop with more players in the game. Optimally you should be the only one in the game.
