rework all exceptional and elite set and unique items. A big portion of them feels rushed and ridiculous for their quality. Normal set and unique are fince cause D2 classic was cared more. Tip is unique and set have to be stronger than runewords.
runewords were the idea that they should be rarer and mor strong as you do need a base for it + the runes, and not just one lucky drop from pindle/baal/meph etc.
the balance is fine as it is, imo the only (very soft) touch we need is maybe some skills, the broken ones like fend, and the underpowered ones like double throw, FotH, WW etc

Because of the very close relationship of Barbarians and Druids, technically they are brothers, I can recommend the followings:
Aldur’s Watchtower
If a Barbarian likes to wear Aldur’s Watchtower complete set, the Aldur’s Stony Gaze Hunter’s Guise needs be found as the Aldur’s Stony Gaze Rage Mask.
In this case, the Aldur’s Stony Gaze Rage Mask would give +3 To Barbarian Skills instead of +3 To Druid Skills as a Complete Set Bonus.
Immortal King
If a Druid likes to wear the Immortal King complete set, the Immortal King’s Will Avenger Guard needs to be found as an Immortal King’s Will Spirit Mask.
In this case, the Immortal King Complete Set would give +3 To Druid Skills instead of +3 To Barbarian Skills as a Complete Set Bonus.
