Just wondering if anyone has seen any unique monsters using conviction aura. Has it been removed ? I haven’t seen a singular unique monster using this aura. Not that I’m complaining as it used to catch me out a lot. Just curious that’s all.

I faced a lot of conviction aura unique mobs in world stone, almost actually got one shotted when knight used -res curse + conviction aura from death lord, oof was a rough second.
Seriously, I’m just not seeing them. I run a conviction vengeance build so they’re difficult for me to spot as I would be showing the same aura as any unique monster using it. It used to catch me out a lot on the original d2 for that exact reason. In D2R I get Oblivion Knights casting Lower Resist a lot, but I’ve yet to witness and get caught by any enemy conviction monsters

If your Conviction is a high level then you will overide any enemy Conviction Aura and they will not affect you, this might be why you are never affected by it/see it because you over power them as soon as you approach.
I think the highest Conviction Aura enemy in the game is actually Uber Mephisto with level 20.
