Updated to Windows 11 now FPS Problems

Hi,

i have updated to new Windows 11 Pro x64 21H2 Version, now i gettin Problems with FPS drops down to 15-18 FPS.

On Windows 10 21H1 it runs with about 25 FPS.

Same Diablo 2 Resurrected Settings.
all Graphic Settings on High
Antisotrope x2
Antialiasing disabled

Newer Nvidia Driver Version 472.12 before 471.68

My Hardware:
Geforce GTX680 EVGA (overclocked from Factory)
Windows 11 21H2
Asus TUF H370 Pro Gaming with Intel Core I5 9400F
16GB DDR4 2666MHZ Corsair

When i go down with Graphic Settings to middle it´s the same also 18FPS stuttering

Ideas ?

Update: Now i startet D2R with High Settings and it runs at 32FPS what´s that ?!? Yesterday it´s stuttering with 18FPS i changed nothing

I’m afraid we can only provide support for systems that meet our minimum and supported system requirements as listed, including Operating System.

I experience too FPS drops, down to 17.
I set my Exe. to High Priority even followed some steps on the web to increase my FPS but still having issues specially high detailed environment.

Set my settings to High,

Im running
Windows 11
Nvidia RTX 3050
16GM Ram
