Upgrading set items

Hello, I opened a topic with the same name in the general discussions, where a few other people also complained that they’re unable to upgrade their set items.

So far this has happened with IK set pieces and Aldur’s Rhythm Jagged Star.

May you please have a look at what the issue might be?

This is flagged ladder only (Server column set to 1) in the game files
