Before Sunder Charms Cold Mastery worked at 100% efficiency after Infinity broke some cold immune enemies. Best example - Toorc Icefist in Travincal. Now, Cold Mastery works only at 1/5 efficiency even when I’m using only Infinity, no Cold Rapture Sunder Charm. What is going on, Blizzard?
People who were bad at math wrongly thought that the cold tree was overpowered even though the numbers said that with high-end items cold was still inferior to lightning and fire.
Since numerous of those crybabies posted and QQ on forums, Blizzard decided to nerf CM.
