Thanks, refunded. Not possible to play, no ladder at day one…no reason to play…why play now, when in a month ladder one starts and start all over again ?!

To be frank ladder was announced to be delayed since they need time to “Omega” test the game with us.

For that they had the beta…

It means that they need this launch as a test, to prepare for DOS and other ladder launch impacting issues… like this one…

Yes they need to prepare because this is the very first game they are making. SO they aren’t prepared at all…
They never done it before of course they are a small company without experiences
We are talking about things that nobody can’t expect at all.
Where every other game company can Blizzard can’t.

You know that this isnt blizzard that made this D2:R? It’s another studio that blizzard offered to do this, so it wont be the same situation as Warcraft Reforged. I believe in [Vicarious Visions (they made Tony Hawk Pro Skater remake and its beautiful). Let them finish what They started and not whine after 1 hour of realease when half of the world tried to log in to play this classic

Yes if the game was FREE i’ll not complain but here there is NO WAY they FAILED on 40€ REMAKE GAME!!!

thank you, totally getting the money back. i don’t even like the revamp of the characters so it’s all pretty bad. time lost because characters lost and now i can’t even play it.
BTW the game was co-product by blizzard and vicarious vision and published by

Also According to Blizzard’s president J. Allen Brack, Vicarious Visions was responsible for handling the front-end and 3D client while Blizzard handled the back-end server and Battle.net integration
So yes blizzard is doing wrong here

Im so angry right now…
Cant refund the second purchase because to much playtime…
Staying in lobby or staying in game is no playtime,
It crashes when i do mf runs, it crashes when i trie to farm xp. It crashes when i want to play with other people…it crashes even in lobby !!
No solution worked so far…and no patch.
