Whirlwind attack speed after 2.4.3 patch

Hello,
correct me if i’m wrong, but what i saw in patch notes description about ww attack speed changes is that the frames are now calculated as if it was base attack. Maybe i am not up to date with what happend since 2.4 patch but max frames for barb 2handers base attack was 10fpa. Does it mean that ww max speed with 2handers will now be 10fpa instead 4fpa? I dont know exacly how you should calculate max speed with 2 1handers but it won’t probably be 4fpa either… (pre patch was 2fpa or rather 2 attacks in 4 frames). Taking base attack frames it could be that with 2 1handres it would be 2 attacks in 9 frames as 1handers fastest speed???. Is there anyone who have tested it yet? I can’t even log to battlenet now in PL.

Please don’t ask Blizzard technical questions… they can’t even release a f… patch without ruining the game… They are so incompetent.

Well, i did a little testing (not very thourogh) with my previous 4fpa 2hander (tomb reaver with ias jewels). Felt slower albeit higher attack rating. Funny, it didnt seem like 10fpa either wich would be terribly slow, something like 6 or 8fpa i think. Maybe they changed base attack framerates? What is more it felt like chilling effect lower attack speed also. All in all, i see it as a big nerf for now - best points of ww damagewise taken away i.e. the speed and immunity to attack slowing effects like chilling. Not really expecting any merit response from “dev team” on this matter . This issue is already presented on US forum, got to check there for any answers sometime.
