why companion items disappear when hire new one! Why you can’t them drop items ground or at least say items disappear if you hire new one. I some times forget that and lost valuable items.

That’s part of the game, missing good items will probably help you remember to get your merc naked before replacing him. It’s not really that fair to blame the game for your slips.
