Why rollback happens?

Why it happens? Is it impossible to save “saves” (actually common files) to any cloud etc? to avoid rollback… in 2021…

Any news about copying from online to offline tab?
I started online because I thought my saves will be safe, but as I can see, it’s not…

Rollbacks happens depends on how server is renewed in frequency, we don’t know if it’s every 2 minutes, 3 minutes or whatever, but if u make update every 30 seconds more or less, we don’t know how that would affect whole stability at all.
