Hello i was thinking of one simple thing : Why the technical support NEVER answer our Topic/Answers ?
No offense but seriously it’s been 4 days of problems with D2R a lot of people loose there characters, we paid 40€ for this game before the official launch ! We are trusting Blizzard, we can understand some technical issues of course .
But why they just don’t answer our questions ? A minimum of communication will be fair since we trusted the studio with our money…
