It’s not normal to grind 8 hours per day with around 500 mf and find sigon’s and full helms,and those are the lucky runs in which meph or andy drop a unique or set item. 80% of the time is blue or yellow garbage. Fix your stuff, losing players everyday.

I actually very like current loot, it brings me arach, TR armor and two 45@ sacreds, so, please keep it to prevent lose players everyday.

Since last patch i got way better loot than all the other time starting from release. Found a lot of nice stuff last weekend, so yeah if it´s broken currently please never fix anything.
Or i was just lucky and you were not, since you know … thats rng

What i have noticed is that when i stay online and not exiting the game to avoid the queue while re-logging , i tend to get less items. Maybe it is a coincidence or maybe its just what feels like its happening. I shall try logging out when im not playing to see if it has anything to do with it (i doubt but hey, worst case scenario i waste couple of minutes in queue 
)
Not gonna lie if you’re grinding 8 hours a day and you’re only getting crap with 500MF then I am going to press X to Doubt.
I think it is more you are not getting what you want, and yeah that’s going to happen, because say what you want is a 1% drop then it doesn’t go up each run, 1-2-3-4etc, it will always be 1%.
You can just be seriously unlucky and play for a long while and not receive a 1% drop, just go look at WoW mount farmers.

Im not talking bout a particular drop, for example a spiderweb that i cant find. Im talking about the lack of any uniques. For the last couple of days im happy if i find any unique belt. Dunno might be rng, might be bad luck. Just it doesnt make sense to me, with so much mf.
100% if you are farming for 8 hours a day and getting maybe 1-2 unique/set pieces then there is a big issue. My only suggestion would be to either Scan and repair using the cog icon next to the play button on Bnet or completely re-install to see if that fixed it.
If you are still consistently getting such terrible RNG then there may be a bigger issue.
I for one am not having any loot issues so hopefully the quick re-install is all you need 
I will scan and repair it. I am not sure it will fix something as im not playing single player. I only play on bnet, but it wont hurt to try. Thanx mate
It’s just luck. Since the last patch I got
3x mal rune, 1pul, 1lem, 4 lum runes, 6 hel runes, 5 io runes.
Eth sandstorm, Eschutas (3/16/15), Waterwalks, King Leos wand, Arkaine’s Valor, 3 Ik mauls, IK helm/belt, Kira’s Guardian, Gimmershred, Razor’s Edge perf off the top of my head, and a bunch more, countless junk set/uniques.
I run about 190% MF on my barbarian.
Do not know if Blizzard cares… they got their money for the game, so…
Probably they even listen what dinosaurs say here, it is random so you need to farm 20 more years. I mean, even for Blizzard is convinient to say so.

Yes, it is normal, it is how the game is, im sorry if you dont like it. You have plenty of games that give you all you want after a few hours playing, this one is not one of those.

I think Blizzard must make a fake “patch” each weak with words “Fixed loot tables” to make a placebo effect on tinfoil hats who post nonsense that loot is bugged

How are server working right now? Seem to be getting on track if the main spam theme is moving from “serverz r broken” to “wher’z my lootz”. 
have a look at silospen´s item calculator about chance to get a specific drop.
Put in your 500 MF the name of the desired item, difficulty, party size or solo and have a look at the chance.
Google for silospen´s Diablo2 / D2R you will wonder how much luck some items need to drop even with huge MF

Its just RNG. Ive got 480 MF and would say i MF 2-4 hours a day and ive found a bunch of stuff.

We are farming Hell, at least this is written in game, but I admit I check this from time to time because indeed loot is exactly like in Normal. Maybe it is written Hell but behind the game generate loot for Normal.
Did lot of Cow runs(yes, in Hell) with 300MF and indeed made the difference now! before I run with ~200MF but indeed MF counts guys. Now with 300MF not found only Broad Swords 7-14 damage but also lots of Simon’s SET ITEMS guys ! and, not even beleive that nbut I got a unique Broad Sword now! 12-28 damage guys, this is amazing! Indeed MF matter!
Why are you farming cows if you want uniques? Farm bosses and unique monsters.
2x Vex 2x Ohm x1 Ist x1 Jah is the runes ive got the last 7 days playing 2-4 hours a day.
Runefarming requires though no MF and is pure RNG
But ive gotten tons of Uniques purely farming Mephisto & Pindle. Literally its hard not to find anything worth at least a Lem rune in 50 runs . Ive had 2 Shacos, 3 Stormshields, Gaze, A.Visage, 3x Alibaba, several reapers toll even 1 eth, SoJ, Maras, and alot more drop from mephisto or his minions.
Sure its RNG sometimes you are very lucky sometimes unlucky. But in the end its a grind and when you grind its all about being effective.
Its always better to kill mephisto 50 times in 1,5 hours with 200 MF than killing him 25 times with 400 MF in the same time.
