just to help him out:
jah and ber are the most valuable runes in the game.
although cham and zod are higher they have less value because you cannot break them down and they arent used in good runewords.
a cham can be traded maybe for vex or something

Yeah, totally agree. The best runes in the game are Ber, Jah, Lo, Sur, Ohm, maybe even vex, only then cham and zod.
If you make a list of all the runewords, it’s clear that Ber always comes out on top, even with the new runewords in the 2.4 patch.
LE: not to mention other uses, i.e Ber Ber CoA, Ber in some circlets.
