unfortunately not as godly as amazons mostly look for FRW instead of FCR. but good luck on the sell, still very valuable for some niche build which might use enigma.
and for those builds, which can make use of fcr, this could not roll much better. i am sorry, if the term “godly” is not used correctly here, but for me it looks pretty max rolled on the important stats.
only thing missing would be some leech or maybe telecharges, so u dont even need enigma, but that really seems optional to me.
some mindmg and def isnt useless either…
The only use of FCR on any Amazon build is to cast Teleport faster if you have Enigma. And there is an item called “Griffon’s Eye” which happen to have 25% FCR on it and provides much better stats. So basically yes this is a useless circlet for endgame.
PS: I dunno if a PVP Poison Javelin build with Enigma actually would use this but don’t think they would sacrifice Shako’s life and damage reduction for just FCR.

for anyone, who cares: the useless circlet got sold directly ingame for a good price 
only so you know: a bowazon wont care for griffons but wants to MAYBE teleport with enigma 
Yes let’s stack FCR on the hero that has literally the worst FCR breakpoints in game and then use it to cast 1 spell only =))) Great logic mate.
I’m pretty sure the buyer is a great player who knows the game better than any of us. =)

no bowazon wants to teleport with or without fcr.
frames are awful and you are stacking frw for this reason.
As bowazon you don’t farm areas where you need teleport anyways.
But whatever, good for you that you found someone
