Currently I have 9 PUL, 2 UM, 4 MAL, 3 IST, 1 GUL, 1 VEX, 1 OHM, 2 LO, 1 SUR and I want to see if anyone willing to trade these for a BER and a JAH.
I have used the runes worth table below to come up a general idea:
Actually Jah is equal to Ber, or even bit more valuable.
If summing all my runes up, they should worth more than 6 HR so if JAH and BER are both 3 then it should be enough.
The problem is, most people would not agree with the gaps your table has to offer.
Ohm > Vex Gul
Lo > Ohm Vex
Sur > Lo Gul
Readjusting it would decrease the relative value of your lower runes. Still, I wish you luck. Trading for Jahs and Bers can become frustrating, I hope you get them.
You would for sure be able to trade for one of them but the other would be tough
Indeed, JAH is at the same value at least of a BER rune. Fix your table.

I kinda agree that the value of JAH should be equal or larger than the value of BER. I am not gonna change the table as I am just using it for a reference and I know no matter how I change it, there will always be people disagree and agree. If you disagree with the rune worth I listed above, please comment with the values you believe they should be. If you have BER and JAH and are interested in breaking them into lower runes and also think my offer is close but not there yet, please let me know your ask. We could negotiate it.
Project diablo 2 is a whole different game, short is pd2. its not even run by blizzard. cant use this one for d2r

That’s from 21.12. I can try to come up with something based on my recent experiences, but as you noted, there will always be people who disagree, so that’s more of an opinion than something set in stone, keep that in mind. I’m kinda curious to see if we can come up with some exchange table with combined effort. I’ll start from Ist since I haven’t traded lower runes lately, please someone help with these.
Ist ~ 6 Pul
Gul ~ IstMal+ (half a Vex)
Vex ~ 3 Ist Mal, maybe+
Ohm ~ Vex Gul Ist / Vex 3 Ist
Lo ~ Ohm Vex 2 Ist
Sur ~ anywhere between Lo Vex and Lo Ohm
Ber ~ 2 Sur minus an Ist
Jah ~ Ber Vex
Cham ~ close to Ohm but slightly less
Zod ~ close to Lo but slightly less

I just found a SOJ in the game so I am willing to raise my offer with an additional SOJ and a low end sor torch if this would make the trade more appealing
SoJ is actually Sur+ - so better sell SoJ and you will get Ber + 2 ist from 2 surs solely 
He could also try his luck with Sur + SoJ for Jah directly. That would sound appealing

How about trading SOJ for an unid anni? I am not really sure about the price of unid anni. Any suggestions?

I have not done this before but my understanding is that you will need 2 SOJs in order to kill the Diablo so that you could have 1 unid anni so isn’t anni supposed to be worth more than a SOJ?
Also personally I feel anni is more useful than SOJ. They both provide +1 skill but anni has + res and attributes at least 10 and + exp but SOJ only has increase on mana
As Ness said, supply and demand. I do think that annis should be worth more than SoJ as well, also because any character benefits from anni, while only few benefit from SoJ. But then again you only need one anni per account in contrast to 2 SoJ . My guess is that most people already have their annis, so now they just want the SoJs to use them, increasing the current SoJ demand. On the other hand, to spawn dclone, you need 100-120-ish SoJs and you’ll get ~200 annis, so eventually the price of SoJ should settle at about twice that of an anni, or a bit more to account for the actual use of SoJ as an item.
On the other hand, there’s at least 4-5 posts on this forum alone with “wise guys” dumping “cheap annis” (like 20 of them each), plus there’s also the fact that the devs themselves said the anni system is going to change soon.
Right now i see no reason to pay more than vex gul for a low/medium anni tbh, given these circumstances. Also, I just caaan’t wait for the anni system to change. It’s outrageously bad the way it is now.
