so, old days we need 34 ias on grief BA to cap BP, ¿what now? ¿nothing? just 34 on grief or 20 ias at any piece of gear and gg or i m missing something?
More detailed info regarding breakpoints in the thread above.
I had the same conundrum.
Long story short, with the new patch you can reach the 4fpa breakpoint even with a 30%Ias grief BA. Basically grief ba needs 63%ias in order to reach the 4pa breakpoint(it’s capped here, can’t get lower than 4). With the minimum 30% on the grief you would need another 33% from gear, ias that with the new patch adds to ww. So loh and highlord solve the problem.
Have in mind that slow debuffs like decrepify and holy freeze now affect ww. If you go with a dual wield build, you can counteract the effects by putting 1 point in frenzy and getting a couple of stacks on when slowed.

Ty all. So pvm not big deal but pvp omg… hard trade of for bvb duels. So 33 or 38 will be the requirement. Imo visio 2os (15+15 ias) its a must for ez life and 33/400 cheaper. Chamed SS forever. Bad manner clegaw pincers and g2g.
