Got kicked from character screen to the title screen, with this message box appearing on screen:
“You have not been online in the last 30 days. Please start the game while online to check for any login agreements.”
Seriously, Blizzard?

I’m having thi sproblem as well. I can’t even make it to Character Screen. First time starting the game I already got blocked by this.

My game cat find my character… But i can see it and type in lobby
How can you press the lobby button with no character selected? My toon is gone, and I can’t do that.

I’m experiencing the same thing. Computer is online, everything works great, but D2R complains. Cant get passed this message that occurs right after the initial videos.

yep, have exactly the same problem “You have not been online in the last 30 days. Please start the game while online to check for any login agreements.” Just after the initial videos.
That will probably be due to the overload of the server because now everyone wants to play

Having the exact same issue currently. Have even attempted to change the region to Asia or Europe and it comes up as logging in to battle.net and then gives the same issue yet I was playing Diablo 3 last week.
Same message, cant do anything! WTF BLIZZARD!!! You literally can’t do 1 freaking thing right… has anyone found a solution?

So the game is out for 24hrs and one still can’ t log in. Great to have the yellow banner in the launcher stating that they know their authentification servers don’t work. Just like good old D3 times, Blizzard can’t make their games work

Same here - this is ridiculous. I pre-order ages ago, played the closed beta with no issues, and Blizz can’t resolve what should be an easy fix? Because I have to approve Agreements? Heck, I approve - put them to me through Battle.net, just let me play.

I had this issue first time hitting Play → SUPER SIMPLE FIX: just closed the game through task manager, restarted battle.net app and voilá, second time everything works like a charm.
I tried the “SUPER SIMPLE FIX” and got the same message. Got any other ideas? Guessing:
a. the system is overloaded; AND/OR
b. Blizzard hasn’t beta-tested this release enough
