I’ve just got 2 primal fist weapons but I’m unable to equip both at the same time. for reference main hand is Kyoshiro’s Blade and off hand is Rabid Strike. Just wanted to know if anyone knew if this was intended or a bug. I was able to equip both before they became primal.
It’s intended.
Even says so in the Patch Notes:
Only one upgraded Primal Item may be worn at a time
If you don’t have a non-primal spare that you can wear, you can reforge (Law of Kulle) one of them in the Cube – that will return it to a normal legendary item… with luck it could even be ancient or a (normal) primal.

If you receive those two primal weapons through the luck of the grind then you can equip both.
