I play games 8-11h everyday, almost all the time i do Diablo 3 im 1k+ paragon Level
and i have soon 100H into the season, and i see all the others btw its alot off them… With 600 paragons have a few primals i have not got 1 yet.
Im so sick off this game, farm farm farm so much as i do and gain nothing for it. NOTHING
i understand RNG, but lets talk real here, you playing games cuz you wanna have a good time. this is not having a good time.
I farm GR, but mostly i farm Bounty for mats and use the cube for gearing.
This is the only game i like from you now blizz, and im gonna leave this game soon also, and put my time into POE even if ppl say its harder. so sick off farming for nothing everyday… cant push GR cuz i get no uppgrades. just stuck at the same Place for days.
Maybe thats why more ppl keep playing POE cuz u get REWARDED for playing the game.

You have 9 ancient pieces so don’t say you haven’t got any loot…
Primal ancient stuff doesn’t magically boost your character. If your gloves were primal you’d only have a tiny bit more damage and often Primals have so many “useless” affixes that an ancient or even non ancient is far better.
What would improve your barb would be to roll physical damage on the bracers and hope to get a Flavor of time that can roll physical and one or more offensive stats plus socket.
I think your problem is that you are not efficient but expect results of a top players.
Don’t do too many bountys early on, give rng in rift a chance, at this point its still easy to find an upgrade, leave bounty till later, unless its absolutely crucial to your build.
Yes primals need to be made more common.
With the current rate of an average of 1 primal in 400 legendaries, it takes an average of 20 thousand forgotten souls, all used to reroll 1 item, to make it primal (1 item!). How often does a player amass 20k forgotten souls? Not often. 20k souls is an unreasonable amount of farming to get one primal if we are lucky. And ofc what is the chance of it having the affixes we are looking for? pretty slim. So take that 20k souls per primal and make it at least 60k on average. It’s asking for too much farming for just 1 primal.
Boost the rate of primals already please Blizzard.
I am on my 5th day with no real upgrades, I have been stuck in torment 11 for 11 feckin days. no loot. I have used every means available to get just my bracers and I have upgraded maybe 100 pairs. all I get is the same crap every time. come on ffs. give me some loot!!!
You know, primals are not a requirement. They are there for the most dedicated players. If you take that away then everyone has them and theres nothing special about them.
Also from my personal experience im sure that the chance is bigger then 1/400 to get 1. Id say its at least 1/200, and it doesn’t seem too low for many.
se let me get this straight… you cry becouse you cant find the same item with red writing and a bit more stats to it than a normal legendary or ancinent item???.So if i find a sword id make some offerings to some game gods and hope the same sword drops in red this time???Cool game bro…

as a small edit I decided to carry on. despite the usual reply of total uselessness. and got 2 items from 1 run that my spec requires. this still does not excuse the lack of any upgrades for 11 days… please for the love of everything normal in this insane world shut up with the totally useless replies trying to make yourselves look credible and educated. this honestly just shows how inept and dangerously stupid these forums can be.
I decided to try and get a decent Flavor of Time on my non-seasonal Barb yesterday. I crafted, and then upgraded to legendary in the Cube, 480 amulets. Some of the results were FoT’s. Some of them were even ancient. They were all rubbish. I then proceeded to use the Cube’s “Reforge Legendary” recipe and went through a few thousand FS worth of reforges. Again, nothing useful as a result.
Some of us understand that in an RNG-based loot game there’ll always be streaks of bad luck, droughts in terms of drops, and so on. But then there’ll also be times when the primals will be raining from the sky. Did you look at the thread I linked? I’ve had loads of primals this season. Lots of them are useful (albeit not all of them for my seasonal hero’s current build) and I’ll incorporate into the equipment of my non-seasonal heroes when the season ends.
The difference is that myself and a fellow Barbarian have been speed-running GR90s for gem-ups. At that level of GR, you’ll get at least 10 legendaries per run. We’re generally taking under two minutes per run, even when we carry two randoms from the chat. Yesterday’s fastest was 1 minute 16 seconds. So, as primals are, on average, approximately 1 in 400 legendaries, that means we’d expect to get one every 40 GRs. Let’s say each GR run takes 2 minutess 30 seconds (run + in-town clean-up afterwards), that’s 40 * 2.5 = 100 minutes per primal.
Sure, it’s random, but it’s the Law of Large Numbers. The Expected Value is 1 in 400. So, with a large enough sample size your number of primals effectively becomes a linear relationship to the number of legendaries you obtain. So, run GRs at as high a level you can, as speedily as you can, to increase your chances of primals.

Saw a WW barb with a Primal FoT that only had 20% elemental as damage roll (and then socket, CDR, RCR plus something else - of course cdr and rcr has its use if you wanna run Capt. Crimson).
This game is dead, all you need to do is rift, greater rift, bounties, repeat forever. What else do you need? Do a full bonty week and then reforge the stuff you want.
There won’t be any primals if it’s not
