I looked at both your Tal Rasha wizards, season and non season, and they are not set up well. Your season hero needs at least the Grand Vizier staff for speed builds. You should also use Guardians and not Aughilds set. If you use Guardians for bracers and belt Tal’s amulet or Tal’s off hand is needed. And you need other skills to perform optimal - look for guides. Or ask for more help.
The maxroll web site guide for Tal Rasha is a bit dubious as it has Aughilds alone or mixed in in several set ups. Guardian’s can work fine in several set ups.
