It says " Impale deals an additional 75,000% weapon damage to the first enemy hit" so how many seconds should pass to have the same damage or how many hit i must to return first hit?

For every knife you throw, the first mob the knife hits takes an extra 75,000% weapon damage. So, if all three knives hit the same mob, each of the knives does 75,000% weapon damage to that mob. If you have Overpenetration or Ricochet as the rune on Impale, the knives will then hit other mobs and the subsequent hits the knives do will be at normal weapon damage. (Although this is changing in Patch 2.7.2 so that the subsequent hits do 25,000% weapon damage). This happens as rapidly as you can throw knives into things.
