did a greater rift level 70 SOLO on my first sesonal charactar and got the achievement “primal soul-o” but didnt get any primal … what wrong?

There is no Game Masters for gameplay issues in Diablo III.
About all that one can do is report it in the Bug Report forum; it won’t give you the primal but perhaps Blizzard can figure out what went wrong… assuming they decide to look into it.
There are no game logs or anything like that that record your gaming on a continuous basis; so Blizzard will need to rely on whatever information you provide with your bug report. Screenshots of the loot pile and video clips can be especially useful in that regard.
What we can do here is to try and guess to what went wrong… best guesses based on information you provide. If you don’t provide any information… we cannot guess.

I got primal necromancer leggings from my gr 70 while playing monk. 99% of primals are useless. You are not missing out, but I hope they fix this
