Dear Blizzard 
what about making the leaderboards in groups, depending on the Paragon lvl a person have ?
like paragon 1000 - 1250 same group then 1250 - 1500 and so on.
In order to keep it interesting for people who don´t have that much time to play AND to make it more Skill-based to get on top of the leaderboard.
As it is now a paragon 800 player and a paragon 4000 are on the same leaderboard, and we all know the lvl 4000 player have a gazillion more damage, Plus we don´t even know if it is bot´s or 24/7 players who go to that high lvl.
This suggestion would take care many things, and it would not take many sec to make it.
