hello if got an old acc and looks like i have put an authenticator
but i dont have my old device or any way to remove this authenticator
what can i do now ?
it on my acc
i dont want to restart because i am really high in that acc

First and foremost, pls edit your post and remove your e-mail… this is a public forum meaning anyone with internet access can see your e-mail address… which is also your BattleNet account.
Second, there’s a support note that looks promising here:
I’d try the 2nd option… since you don’t have your authenticator anymore.
If that doesn’t work for you, you will need to contact Blizzard Support to check what they can do for you; account issues aren’t dealt with on the forums because of privacy and security concerns. You may use the following link to contact the Account Dept. of Blizzard : Contact Support - Blizzard Support . Click the Contact Us button at the bottom of that page and provide all requested details.
You may have to provide photo ID to prove you are the rightful owner of the account… see this note:
