Blizzcon 2019 virtual ticket, help!

Hey so English is not my native language and I need a bit of help here. I read this:“Overwatch® skins will be available before BlizzCon®. Diablo® III item and Hearthstone® items will be available on or before December 31, 2019”

I REALLY want the Lilith wings for my collection of D3 cosmetics! But I don’t have money to buy the virtual ticket until the 25th of November. Does the thing I read above mean that the Blizzcon 2019 virtual ticket, and its ingame goodies will still be available until December 31st, or am I misunderstanding something here?

I can see that you can still buy the virtual ticket for Blizzcon 2019 in the shop. So if you do that, and before the end of this year, you should get the wings.

The wings are available since 2.6.7. They are available now.
