Can not go past Level 60

I can not go beyond level 60 ???
What am I doing wrong

Your armoury page shows you have level 60 heroes with paragon levels. That means you do not have the Reaper of Souls expansion pack, which gives access to the Crusader class, Adventure Mode (Bounties, Rifts and Greater Rifts) and increases the level cap to 70.

So, you need to buy Reaper of Souls.
Looking at the Store page, it appears to currently be on sale, with a 24% discount…

In anticipation of a possible follow-up question, the Necromancer DLC is entirely optional, but does require Reaper of Souls to be able to play it. That’s also currently on sale…
