Hello i did 50 time cavern of frost for the item needed to craft but
the thing nevers drop .Did you put drop chances to 0.2%
or it’s a bug ?
Looks like extremely poor luck. I haven’t seen others report it as a bug or especially hard to get this season.
And just for clarity: you have encountered Chiltara several times?
for sure i met chiltara ,thanks for you questionning about my IQ.
That wasn’t my intention… but maybe I should now! 
No offense meant. Bad luck is frustrating. I’d be mad too. Hope you find the Gibbering Gemstone soon.

I found it but i had to kill the chiltara 50 times…
Drop chances are too low to my opinion.

That’s why I asked about Chiltara. Because I usually take a quick run around the map (unless the bounty is something with the glacier or icefall or what it’s called) to see if the Cavern is present and maybe find Chiltara. This season it took more tries to get some of the other things for the staff.
