Clan chat not showing identified legendary items

At one’s earliest inconvenience, oh mighty Blizzard, Feel free to post any updates regarding the clan chat being disabled since wednesday… Is the D3 community forgotten entirely, or how exactly is this not a high priority problem right now, or not even worth a blue post? Social aspect is at least 50% of online gaming these days, so I hope you can manage to resolve this issue, soon.
