I suspect all of us expected the problem was going to go away quickly once it was resolved… now I’m beginning to suspect this is going to be one of those soon™ things.

Still getting the 24004. No Public play possible. Any update from Blizzard on when this issue will be resolved?
• Character Name: Tanveyor
• Character Type (Seasonal, Hardcore, Etc): All my Non-Seasonal Characters
• Game Mode/Difficulty the issue is experienced in: All game types: Bounties, Rifts, Key Wardens, Greater Rifts however only T16, T15 or below works.
• Does it happen on other character types (Example, non seasonal if you’re playing seasonal): Seasonal Characters not affected.
I noticed it started just after i got Sir William and installed his portrait. Thereafter i got the error…

Yea… still having the same problem. After spamming the join game bottom, i got in, then left. and wanted to try joining for bounty. cannot get in. i can join greater rifts now but thats kinda useless anyway… need that t16 bounty farm :d
For me this is the 3rd day now that i can’t play with my friends on t16. Can only play single player torment 16 private game , and that’s it. I hope the problem gets resolved, otherwise i am doomed to play d3 alone so it seems,together with all the other people who got the same problem 
But i am happy now that support replied. At least now i know that they are aware of the problem . And that’s always good to know when you are dealing with a problem. So thank god for that

still can’t get in .2 days ago i was able t o enter a few games but when i tried again today still same error
Also can’t play on my main KieranXArch. Been like this few days now and frustrating as hell cuz I can play all other tiers, just not T16 GR or bounties which is exactly what I want to do cmon please…
Same issue here, last time it was reported it was said that it’s server-side issue but that was previous year on the US servers.
Italy. Same problem here. The same error was experienced in 2019 and 2020 on different servers in different regions.
Same error 24004 here. Going on 3 days now. From time to time i can access a t16 greater rift game but never a t16 bounty/rift game. Country Denmark if it matters. Even if its annoying error i haft to say its one of the lighter errors. Usally when i have an error i cant play at all. Atleast with this one we can create t16 and do public t15:)

Tried script to force connect EU server. Tried reinstalling the game. Messed around with my router settings. NOTHING! I can’t find ANY solutions online that change a thing for the better. Cmon blizz tf is this.
