Can only play on Campaign if i its a new char, can not play whit my other chars…

Exactly the same issues here, it´s almost 6hrs after maintenance window. Dear Mr. Blizzard, please start doing your work (we all know D3 isn´t your top priority, still you gave us a new patch recently which we ALL want to play) and reply to our posts, start another maintenance to fix, do something PLEASE…!

It’s now 12:00 CEST, seven hours after the maintenance was completed, and a few hours after EU customer support agents should have started work. Disappointing to see absolutely no acknowledgement of the issue.

Well its not enough to buy/upgrade and or maintain servers then 
You know - I get that something can go wrong, but it would be really reassuring if we at least got a confirmation that they’re working on fixing it.

I also have the same problem. time now 13:27 CEST. And i am also very curious to know why they havent even confirmed that they are aware of this problem. I mean im used to blizzard fk up’s. But still, this is bad even for them.

Even issue was reported early in the morning for EU people, I guess USA side is sleeping and by reaction I would say they don’t give a f…
Would hope some nice items in my game when its back online, its not free to download and play, everybody made payment to your piggy cashbox so I would expect some responsibility and loyalty back !

A reaction/note from EU Blizz wouldn’t be a hard task to do. Or did they all “Run Patch” then went home sleep?
