Coming back after 5 Years - How can I upgrade the old Serpent Sparker to get the new legendary +300 Hydra dmd?

Hi all,

I have a very nice, old Serpent Sparker but it does have only the extra Hydra legendary skill.

How can I upgrade the old Serpent Sparker to get the new legendary +300 Hydra dmd?

If I reroll it in the cube, would that work (would save me a lot of time), or i need to farm a new one?

No.

You could upgrade a rare one-hand wand and try to get a Sparker using the cube, however (Hope of Cain recipe)
