Very high latency spikes to EU servers - Problem hop seems to be ae1-br01-eqld5.as57976.net

Today, I’ve been having some very high latency spikes. Usually, I get a solid latency in the range of 40-60ms. Today, even just stood in town, that’s been going up to 250-300 ms. Whilst engaged in combat, e.g. in a rift or a GR, I’m getting spikes of over 1100, with noticeable 1+ second pauses in game responsiveness, and map areas not being drawn in the client. In-game chat suggests that lots of other people are also affected. So, ran WinMTR traces to both EU server IPs and here are the results… …
